Snow Raven, also known as Suor, is a musical artist and she will be your guide in this journey. She was born in Siberia and is recognized for her unique style that combines traditional with modern. It uses Siberian throat singing, creating animal sounds and mixing them with electronic, folk, and shamanic rhythms.

SHAMANIC SOUND JOURNEY CEREMONY

In this immersive ceremonial sound journey, Snow Raven will weave her traditional songs with the sounds of birds and animals to guide participants through the three worlds.

The northern people of Sakha follow the traditional faith “Aiyy” (Creation), which divides the world into three parts: the Upper (gods and deities), the Middle (people, insects, plants, birds, animals), and the Lower (negatives of human life).

We call upon our ancestors and connect with the primal aspects of our being. Back to a primordial state, beyond human language, where we communicate through the sounds of birds and animals. Participants will tap into primal sounds, revisiting the metaphorical womb.

This workshop sharpens your hearing of sounds around you, reconnects you to your roots/ancestry and Mother Nature, and inspires you to improvise and express yourself fully.
