Day of the Dead 2024 Local Immersion, Calenda Muerteada, and Traditional Dinner
Come join me for a truly unique and local oaxacan experience at our Day of the Dead event in 2024! Immerse yourself in the local traditions, we want to invite you spend this special day with me and my family, we will go to the marigolds fields, we will build an altar/ofrenda, ending with our Calenda Muerteada procession, where you can dance and celebrate with the community. All food and beverages included, as well as round transportation from and back to the city center. This in-person event is a fantastic way to honor and celebrate this important Mexican tradition. Salvador Jared, local inhabitant from Santa Cruz xoxocotlan , oaxaca , I studied tourism administration and my final thesis was about day of the dead in my town, because it is known for having ancient traditions for this celebration. I speak fluent english, french and potuguese .
At my home with my family, about 25 minutes by car from the city center of oaxaca , transportation is included, from anb back to the city .
