Where do I need to be?

Aldora Pier in Cozumel at 9:45am. It's located 3-5 minutes walking distance South of Cozumel's Ferry Terminal

Is Ferry Ticket included?

No, ferry ticket is not included. There are 3 different ferry companies and prices range from $600-$740 pesos adults, children's are slightly 25% less ages of 5-11 or depending on their height. Infants 4 and under travel free.

Do I need to buy ferry tickets in advance if I am coming from Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya?

No, don't need to. They alternate every 30 minutes but arriving 20 minutes in advance is recommended. Or otherwise contact us a day before to get your tickets with the ferry operating during those times in advance.
